• Auditory Processing Disorders
    Auditory processing is a term used to describe what happens when your brain recognizes and interprets the sounds around you. Humans hear when energy that we recognize as sound travels through the ear and is changed into electrical information that can be interpreted by the brain. The "disorder" part of auditory processing disorder means that something is adversely affecting the processing or interpretation of the information.

  • Audiological Evaluations
    We give a very thorough hearing test. Your appointment time will be scheduled for at least an hour. We believe hearing loss is a family problem and we request that you bring your spouse (if possible). They may wish to participate in any discussions, and counsel regarding your (or your child's) hearing health care needs or treatment.

  • Hearing Aids
    Hearing aid sales, service and repairs are provided for analog and digital technology. Financing is available through CareCredit.

  • On-Site Hearing & Speech Screening

  • Early Identification
    Specializing in Pediatrics, we are here to help you determine the needs of your child. We are a NYS Dept. of Health approved evaluator for EI and CPSE. All children with speech delay should be referred for hearing evaluation. Early detection is the key to successful intervention.

  • Custom Ear Protection
    Custom ear protection is available at our office for swimmers, musicians, hunters, motorcyclists, race car drivers and other occupational or recreational noise exposure. Custom ear monitors and ear pieces for cell phones/communication devices, stethoscopes, etc. are also available.

  • Hearing Conservation
    We offer hearing conservation services for industry and schools, including educational lectures, baseline and annual audiograms, and custom hearing protectors.

  • Contractual Services
    Contractual services are available to physicians, schools, nursing facilities, hospitals, hearing aid dispensers, etc.

  • Therapy Services
    Therapy services are available for children and adults. Aural rehabilitation, speechreading (lipreading), hearing aid orientation (with families), auditory training, auditory figure-ground and speech-in-noise desensitization, sound localization.
