Meet Christina Kolanovic

Christina is the Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager at HEARS Audiology. With over 30 years of experience working in customer service and patient care roles, Christina is a great asset to our team. Her previous roles involved working with patients of all ages in OT and psychiatric settings, and she is excited to translate those skills to the field of audiology. Christina’s favorite aspect of audiology is watching people transform after being fit with hearing aids and be able to participate in social activities they previously enjoyed. She is here to assist you with scheduling appointments, making payments, checking insurance benefits, placing hearing aid orders, and so much more! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and learning new skills.
